About
A small maker of accessible software for the blind and visually impaired.
ALS-Softwhere is an independent software project focused on one thing: building programs that work well for people who are blind or visually impaired. Everything we make is designed to be fully usable with a screen reader such as NVDA or JAWS, entirely from the keyboard, and every one of our programs is free to download.
We believe accessible software should not be an afterthought or a paid add-on. Screen reader support, keyboard control, and clear spoken feedback are built into our programs from the first line of code — not bolted on at the end.
What we make
Our first release is SBP (Smart Book Player), a keyboard-driven audiobook player for Windows. More programs and games are on the way.
